Instructions:
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, onions, chutney and seasonings until well blended. Stir in eggs, cheese and pecans until well combined. Cover and chill to blend flavours. Form into two logs or one large cheese ball. Roll in parsley if desired or place on top for presentation. Serve with whole grain crackers.
Makes 33 servings. 1 serving = 1 tbsp (15 mL)
*Tip: Hot mango chutney works well with this recipe.
